Are pets permitted at the tennis courts during the tournament?

No – please make arrangements for your furry friends while you are playing and watching matches.

Can I bring a guest to the Friday night event?

Yes – you may bring a spouse or guest for the evening.  The cost of a guest is $50 and can be paid on the Register page.

Is there a consolation bracket in each age group?

Yes. You can sign up to be added to the consolation bracket should you lose in the main draw.  Please watch for the brackets on the USTA tournament webpage.

Are there practice courts available during the tournament?

There may be courts later in the day when matches are finishing, however, in general there will be no available practice courts during the first 2 days of the tournament.

If I arrive a few days prior to the tournament will I be able to play tennis and practice on the Seabrook Island courts?

Yes, however, there is a guest fee associated with the court and you must have a Club Amenity card to play on the courts.  Please be sure to check at the Racquet Sports Center when you arrive for further details.

Do you provide food for the players and spectators during the tournament?

There are snacks and drinks available for the players during the hours of play.  There is a club tent for players and spectators to purchase lunch and beverages with an Amenity Card, cash or credit card.

Can you purchase one of the Tournament gifts?

After all of the registered players have received theirs and sizes have been sorted out, any remaining items will be placed in the shop for sale. 

Is my Sponsorship the same as a donation to the Charitable Organizations?

No. Your sponsorship is a contribution to the administration of the tennis tournament. Funds are used to enhance the event by covering expenses for USTA referees, the ocean front dinner and entertainment for the players, tents, seating, complimentary beverages, ice cream, and player amenities. The Charitable donation is a direct contribution to Sea Island Hunger Awareness Foundation which is described on our Charity page.

Can I view the photos taken during the tournament?

Yes! We will post a link to the photos on the EVENTS page during and after the tournament. All photos are downloadable.
