Event Parking for the Fleming Open will be at both the Seabrook Island Racquet Club and the Equestrian Center paddock. Players will receive priority at the Racquet Club as space is limited. There is LSV parking next to the Pickleball courts for those players & spectators driving LSVs. We do encourage all players, spectators and volunteers to ride their bicycles or walk due to the limited availability of parking spaces.

Hours for the parking are unlimited at the Racquet Club, however all vehicles must be removed from the Equestrian Center by 7 pm each evening.

Volunteers can park at the Lakehouse or behind courts 7 & 8 with unlimited hours. Players and spectators may not park at the Lakehouse.

Parking will be permitted on the left side of Longbend Dr, but not on the other side of the road or ANYWHERE THAT IS ROPED OFF along the road or within the Racquet Club parking lot. Tickets will be issued if your vehicle is parking illegally along the road.
